The Walt Baptiste Method of Raja Yoga
as taught by Michele Hebért Nazari and Mehrad Nazari, Ph.D.

Walt Baptiste is a Master of Raja Yoga, which is inclusive of all the Yogas. He is one of the few western Masters to become adept in advanced yogic disciplines and was given the sacred title of Yogiraj by Swami Sivananda and the Forest Vedanta University in Rishikesh, India.

Michele and Mehrad personally trained in Raja Yoga under the guidance of the Master Baptiste and were commissioned by him as senior teachers in the Walt Baptiste Method of Yoga.
